Arete was founded here in Ridgway by Michelle Mullins, a dual board-certified nurse practitioner. You can be seen in person at the office at 160 S Amelia St in downtown Ridgway, or online by secure telehealth, whichever fits each visit. No drive over the pass required.

My approach is whole-person: functional and holistic thinking paired with conventional medicine, with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, and hormone replacement therapy. Hormones are evaluated alongside thyroid, metabolism, sleep, nutrition, and stress so you get one connected plan instead of a list of separate fixes.
