Areté was founded here in Ridgway by Michelle Mullins, a dual board-certified nurse practitioner. Care is delivered by telehealth, and because this is home, established Ridgway patients can also have in-person home visits when a physical exam or hands-on evaluation makes sense, no drive over the pass required.

My approach is whole-person: functional and holistic thinking paired with conventional medicine, with a focus on perimenopause, menopause, and hormone replacement therapy. Hormones are evaluated alongside thyroid, metabolism, sleep, nutrition, and stress so you get one connected plan instead of a list of separate fixes.

In-home lab draws are available for established Ridgway patients. I collect your labs during the visit and deliver them to Quest Diagnostics myself, so there's no separate stop on your calendar.
