Colorado's Western Slope

Menopause & functional medicine for Western Slope women.

Integrative care for women in Montrose, Ridgway, Ouray, Telluride, Crested Butte, and Gunnison. Telehealth from home, with in-person visits available when clinically appropriate.

Specialty care, without the pass

You should not have to cross a mountain to be heard.

The Western Slope has excellent primary care, but access to a menopause specialist or functional medicine provider often means a long drive, a plane, or an overnight stay. Areté was built here. Michelle Mullins, NP, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner trained through the Institute for Functional Medicine and the Menopause Society, offering Colorado-licensed telehealth to women across the Western Slope.

Visits are longer than a typical clinic appointment. Foundational labs are reviewed when indicated. The plan addresses hormones, thyroid, metabolism, sleep, and stress together, and follow-up is part of the model, not an afterthought.
